guidelines. We first conduct a free in-depth
consultation with the borrower, and we take
on cases only if we believe we can help
modify the borrower(s) loan obligation. Used

Brokers and Attorney's - DISCONTINUED DUE TO
SB94 - now accept modifications by referral
only.
Short Sales:
MLU provides short sale negotiation services
to real estate agents and directly for
sellers. We structure the submission
package, negotiate the transaction from A-Z
and relieve the agent and the seller of the
extensive work associated with the short
sale negotiation. We pre-screen every short
sale we take on to ensure that the
transaction will go through seamlessly as
possible.
